SWMS Teachers are Lovin' It!
Last week SW Staff and Admininistrators volunteered behind the counter during McTeacher's Night FUNdraiser.  Their efforts included wearing an apple pie costume, selling apple pie, making ice cream treats, helping at the front counter, delivering meals to customers, calling out orders, and working the drive-thru.  They helped to raise money for the school and PTO.  Great job teachers and thank you to everyone who stopped by to help support the school!

6th Grade Science Adopts Gray Wolf

6th Grade science students at Spring Wood worked hard to raise funds to support and adopt a Gray Wolf from the World Wildlife Fund, as part of their life science unit. They showed their passion for caring about wildlife and protecting the Earth and as a thank you, the WWF sent the class a certificate of adoption and a stuffed gray wolf. We are proud of our 6th grade students for thinking globally and taking action!
